"Made reservation at 1:00pm day of our stay. Check-in is at 3:00pm -got there at 5:00pm and the room wasn't ready. Things happen. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. Nice clean room, all areas of the hotel were neat and clean looking, breakfast was great. The pool was enjoyable ..."
