No staff was seen. Electronic check in key drop box check out. Very spacious and good location. Liked having free laundry to do a load on day 8 of long trip. Would have liked bigger fsn.

Carpet is a bit

Great hotel, central located and about two blocks from Central Train Station allowing you to use the train to and from the airport, saving time and lots of money. Breakfast and diner buffet included at the room price was amazing. Highly recommend BUT, avoid during July & August as non of the rooms has AC as very common in the Scandinavian countries.

Exceptional hotel experience. Staff was above and beyond. Chia at reception and Marika in the dining room were exceptional

Rooms very basic, air conditioning not working. No ventilation in the bathroom.

Actually due to health problem i was not able to travel and ask the hotel if they can change my dates or give me a refund which they refuse. Also asked to get a receipt that i did not stay at the hotel and they refused to give me and told me to see with expedia. Thats very unfortunate. Expedia told me to contact hotel directly. And i also have proof about my admission at the hospital which they did not even consider.
