Great location — only about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We had beautiful views of the lake and mountains to wake up to each morning. There was plenty of room for a family, the beds were comfortable, and the heaters worked a treat to keep the apartment warm during winter. The fully equipped kitchen was also really handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to assist with every request we had. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with amazing views, and we would happily stay here again.

This was our third trip to Queenstown and the Sofitel Hotel and Spa far surpassed our previous accommodation experiences. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were incredible.

Wonderful room, great staff and good location. We had a car but did use the free shuttle service which was very good (once an hour). Dinner at the restaurant was superb. Genuinely wonderful place.
