Lovely hotel within walking distance to many sites

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is delicious but now the pastry offerings are self serve which I don’t like. Please note, there isn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer or flat iron. Also, the TV doesn’t allow for casting and was quite old.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, quiet near the colosseum, room was comfortable and clean with large bathroom and breakfast was great on the roof terrace with great views. Only negative was the over priced drinks for the evening in the hotel bars even with the great views so tended to go elsewhere.

Great location, clean rooms, 24-hour staff at the front desk. Located near restaurants and easy walk to the Vatican, St Peter's Basilica and local attractions. Our room was on the street and it was loud until about 2 am (bar across the street). The beds were old (we were sleeping in divots with a large hump in the middle).

We had an amazing experience at this hotel the moment we arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Also so generous and offered us a bottle of wine. Virginia the lady at breakfast was so amazing, happy and helpful. The breakfast buffet was so good! We enjoyed our stay and I will recommend to my clients to stay here.

The staff was wonderful, and the lobby and entrance are stylish and inviting. However, the room was extremely dark, with poor lighting and very small windows. The lack of natural light made the room feel closed in and uncomfortable, and I found it difficult to relax there. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations

Excellent location in the Centro - Conveniently located for sightseeing and walking a number of places. Very pleasant and helpful staff and concierge. Exceptionally clean property, with daily housekeeping, water, treats. Nice sheets and bedding. Wonderful breakfast included with additional items for purchase. Lovely courtyard, salon, and bar.

We loved the hotel, the only problem was the air conditioning. It barely worked. We found it difficult to sleep because it was so hot.

Property was beautiful. We actually spent so much time in town exploring each day by the time we returned the pool was closed. That’s ok. We had a nice relaxing stay without using the amenities. Thanks

The staff was extremely helpful and showed us to our room. Since the bed was set up as a double I had to split it in to a twin no big deal due to our late arrival...but I found hair in the bed and on the mattress covers. The curtain in the room were stained and dirty..I did find the bathroom to be exceptionally clean. The property needs a bit of updating in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff again was so kind and helpful but for sure small details in the room were missed.
