2bdrm 2bthrm unit we booked had plenty of space and good kitchen and laundry facilities. Room wasn't that clean when we arrived. Beds were uncomfortable in both rooms and furnishings were tired and in need of updating. Shower in second bathroom could not be used as pressure was terrible and water temperature was either searing hot or freezing cold. Reception didn't seem to be staffed much during our stay so thay made it hard to raise concerns. On the whole, good location, the secure underground parking was great and pool was fantastic. Just need to up their cleaning game and update furnishings to make the stay more comfortable

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool, barely used by anyone else at the resort, was right outside our room and we used it every day. The water was warm and clean. We even used the outside BBQ to cook a meal. We learned how to use to local bus which was great for getting around to activities. Only negative was spotty internet. We brought that to staffs attention but little changed during our stay. The surrounding area and beaches were fabulous. Great walking trails and clean public spaces.

Resort very dated, the apartment needs refurbished as furniture old and uncomfortable, floors and windows very grubby. Definitely not 4 star.

Rooms were clean and tidy with only the upper four floors yet to be renovated. All staff were pleasant and well presented. They were very obliging when ask for assistance. The breakfast selection was immense and catered for every requirement.

This is an exceptional property. The unit we were assigned was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly spacious. The ocean view was spectacular. We stayed three nights. We would have loved to stay a month. The common areas are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the parking garage is very convenient. We are so glad we stayed here. We were in Australia for a month and we stayed in a number of great properties--but this one was the crown jewel of them all. Okay, I have one minor nit: it would be great if the swimming pool were a bit warmer. It is probably perfect in the summer months...but we visited in the fall and for that time of year, the temperature should be a bit warmer. I used the spa pool, and it is lovely, but it was about the temperature the swimming pool should have been. I enjoyed it nevertheless.

Carl and Mandy were so welcoming and friendly. We were visiting from Los Angeles, and they helped us with all our questions regarding transportation, bookings and lost luggage. It's a great spot to visit for fun, relaxation, and walks on the beach. There's also a restaurant on-site called Hidden. The staff is also welcoming and friendly. The Reuben sandwich is different than I'm used to, and it was amazingly delicious! We also enjoyed the yummy brekkie burger, crispy chicken dinner, and Hidden House Salad.
