West London Ski Vacations

La chambre B17 est située sous le trottoir et il n’y avait pas de fenêtre. On a un peu l’impression d’être dans un donjon. Pour deux personnes, c’est un appartement minuscule. Je ne recommande aucunement les appartements situés Lower Ground.

Staff was very helpful with an early check in and organizing a taxi to the airport. I didn’t love the room lay out—the separate toilet and shower was a bit odd and had no ventilation.

Threadbare drapes, stained carpets, scratches and dents on the wall, chipped soap holder, tea cup that was chipped and dripped tea through it, two pushed together beds instead of a single king bed, peeling paint, and no outlets where there should be (I.e. none by tea kettle, none by bedside tables). For a 5-star hotel at this price is embarrassing.

We had a nice stay at The Franklin. Our only real complaint was that the room, a Garden Suite, looked nothing like what is advertised either on Expedia or the hotel's website. The room was nice, it just didn't look anything like what were expecting. The overall service at the hotel was excellent.

We celebrated my partner's birthday, we had a room overlooking the park which was breathtaking, the room was modern and clean, what you expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff ww met were kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast, delicious food. Overall, the service was outstanding! While we were there we booked another weekend stay.

Thought the check-in staff may have offered some respite and kindness since we were Radisson loyalty members arriving around 11pm and our hold luggage had not been transferred to our final destination so we were without a few basics and a little stressed. The room I booked was a higher spec and the description included a Nespresso offee machine, unfortunately there was none in the room. Lovely bed size and room but the bed was not the most comfortable - we have been travelling for 3 weeks round Europe and had excellent beds until now. The lighting was quite dark and I would have liked a better whole room light option to compliment the spot lighting. Pleased to have personal control of the room aircon. Quiet rooms considering the location. Super breakfast - very busy. Easy access to local buses a bonus.

An absolute delight staying at The Gore! Its classic Victorian era atmosphere, individually designed rooms and the courteous staff exceeded expectations. Quietly tucked away in the shadow of the Royal Albert Hall, it is a true gem worth experiencing! Much recommended!

The hotel is located in a quiet area of London. It is nearby the Underground, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere around London. The room that I stayed at, however, was very dated. It was not very clean. There was dust and debris in unused areas, such as the telephone and kettle, under bed and the chair. Worst yet is that I’m covered in bug bites everywhere. I woke up every morning with a new one. I am hoping it is not bed bugs bites. I will be getting it checked.
