Amazing place to get back to nature

Our room is Spacious and clean, there was a plumbing issues but solved quickly, all the staffs from front desks, tours, housekeeping, restaurants, security, landscaping, and spa SERVED professionally with a SMILE. They generously accommodated us for a quick change of our drop off for the airport departure time with a breakfast meal to go. They exceed my expectations! Spa Experience can be improved. Since it is out of the way from downtown Puerto Princesa, and if you are planning to have a day tour, make sure to asks if the tour is going to happened. OVERALL, I will Recommend Astoria Palawan from food, accommodation and communications!

Everything was great overall. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn’t much to do around the resort when it rained. It’s also quite far from town, so getting around can be a bit challenging. They do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from town, but the trips are limited. Other than that, we had a really good stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our visit.

j'ai beaucoup apprécié la discrétion des gens qui vivent à cet endroit à l'écart du monde dans ce village situé en pleine nature entre la jungle et la mer de Chine. Le beauté du site rend le séjour difficile à quitter. Je ne recherche pas les 5 étoiles avec groom dans l'ascenseur et roome service 24/7, mais le calme et la sincérité. Il faut penser à prendre des bouteilles d'eau car l'eau vient de sources locales et notre organisme n'est pas habitué.

I am please that they know their guest name to welcome as soon as they enter the lobby. I appreciate the coconut leaf lei, love the welcoming song, it does feel like second home. Most of all the farewell song, The staff still waving as the motor boat departed. It makes u feel coming back again. We are thankful for the anniversary greetings in the bed with wine and fruits inside the water villa. The tour guide were very helpful making sure I am safe and comfortable in the water because I am not a swimmer. I appreciate the guide helping in the cave and taking photos. We anre anlso grateful for the doctor on duty be because in the last day, we got sick having diarrhea and vomiting. The first aide electrolytes really helps. Everything is excellent. We had a good time and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Highly recommended, met my expectations. Accessible to necessary places you want to go. Very pleasant, attentive staff, very clean & neat unit. Hoping I can avail that unit again in the near future.

Check in was swift. Room was okay, however, I was disappointed about bathroom doors not having locks or locks in the shower as water tends to come out and soak the floor. We noticed thats the sides were leaking as well when we shower and the ceiling does too because of probably condensation from the airconditioning unit. But the staff were accommodating and the food was great so overall still a good experience.

The property is well maintained and clean. It’s a walking distance to Festive Mall. Our room is clean and updated. The staff are very friendly, respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our 4 days 3 nights. stay was great and comfortable. Definitely deserves a 5 Star rating!!!

No Refrigerator, no Microwave . Helpful staff and outstanding services.

Water villas were excellent to stay at if you want peace and quiet everything on the resort was fantastic except for alittle construction going on
