Staff were not polite, expensive hotel and would charge you 25 Euros per person for the breakfast on top of your hotel price..plus airporr shuttle provided by the hotel charged me 5 euros

Beautiful property and amazing staff. Very luxurious stay. Leo, the bartender is exceptional at knowing the perfect combination of liquors to create memorable sips. We were first assigned room 415, which had construction on the other side of our headboard that began at 7:30am. When I complained, Reception changed our room for better sleep. All the rooms are truly beautiful and unique.

Amazing views. Mood room with music and lights was fab! Some dust here and there, otherwise toilet and bed etc was spotless. Would definitely return.

The staff was great and very accommodating and let us check-in early—overall we enjoyed our stay. The place felt alright although there were some hairs on the bed upon arrival. The fridge seemed pretty gross too. Laundry was really expensive and didn’t let us do it ourselves. Free sparkling water in the lobby was a plus.

I was only there one night but I liked the concept with the shared spaces, greater collaboration with people working there and staying there. I really liked the view from my room on 12th floor. I think only reason for not 5 stars is the price is a bit high £159 + taxes for one night and no breakfast. But otherwise a very nice place to stay thank you
