Plzeň-jih Ski Vacations

The location is ideal and the actual unit was very nice! The only issues we had were: (1) the cleaners were still finishing cleaning when we arrived even though we arrived approximately 15 minutes later than we had informed them we would and (2) the unit had an odd damp smell. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would book again!

Decent hotel in a central location

I stayed here for three nights and ended up restless as a result. First room that they gave me was facing the road which becomes too noisy in the morning when the cars started running. The receptionist was kind enough to switch my room. However, the second room had a problem with the heater and the room was quite warm to sleep in. I brought this to the attention of the night receptionist but he just gave me a blank stare and did not try to address the issue. In addition to these issues, the fridge is not working. The pillows are so thin you are almost sleeping on the mattress. Stay away if you want to have a restful vacation.

Good breakfast

Wonderful experience, super helpful staff, very very clean. They even have umbrellas! And the breakfast was delicious

VERY GOOD STAY GOOD BREAKFAST

Place is a very run down, staff isn’t attentive and it’s far (25-30min with walking+tram) from the city center. Bed was uncomfortable. Room had smear marks on the walls, flooring was very worn. The building had exposed wires all over the place. Unfortunately, during my stay I had to immediately leave and return home for a family emergency and the hotel has refused to refund me. Stay anywhere else!
