    "This property looks ok on the surface, but looking around after a few days, not as clean as other ING properties I have stayed in. Hall carpets dirty, lots of fingerprints everywhere. On the 4th day, I was greeted by what looked like a roach while getting out of the shower. Sent a photo to the management number and shared with them at checkout and the clerk acted like it was a usual occurrence. Property not near anything that would cause an increase in bugs naturally."
