Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful. Well balanced breakfast.

I used this hotel for a short night stay. I literally booked it 20 minutes before I checked in at 23:00. The hotel turned out to be a great solution for that. The location, although it's on the highway, is good for a night out because there are nice and open bars and restaurants around it. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Actually in the morning I thanked them for always smiling :-). The room was clean, big, comfortable and very quiet. The hotel itself is not a new and fancy one and it offers an amazing value for money!

Everything was great for a big hotel, unfortunately there is one thing that unexpectedly challenging. They have a spotty internet connection, we had to change room just to get a better connection. Disappointed to find out that is really how it works. Other than that all is well.

Nice hotel, a little overpriced for what it was but we were given a large room and it is in a great location. Unfortunately, we waited over 45 minutes to check in and they only had two staff on at reception and they were dealing with difficult guests which made the experience quite unpleasant. Additionally, we left early at 5am and found that there was even a line to check out at this hour which suggests that they should schedule more staff during the busy summer periods. I've never waited this long to check in, especially for a 5 star hotel. Sub par experience

Very rough outside for a "5 star hotel". The rooms were nice but not great- the bathroom didn't have outlets to plug in a hair dryer and there was some debris on the floor. The resturant/bar was empty and you felt a little uncomforatble going in. Not the hotel we were expecing based on their website. Overall it was ok. It was fairly close the more vibrant areas.
