Best part was the location. It was walkable from key tourist spots as well as from bus stops. We would stay here again only for that reason. Room and property were clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only one little complaint is that the door handles on the closet door were utterly useless. Opening the closet doors was a pain.

The hotel was in a great location.
My only complaints were that we were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise early in the morning with bins getting emptied etc. Also, very limited hot breakfast options included. If you wanted something you had to pay extra

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

Great variety in choices for breakfast. I did not like it when you have to eat all at the same time and family member can’t follow. Bathroom clean but not plastic liner in the garbage. Some housekeepers don’t know how to speak English and can’t answer when asked.
