Amazing hotel lovely big room with view of the square amazing breakfast in Mozart cafe. Would just reiterate what other have said about the stairs in the old part. We we were room 201 and lots of stairs to climb and no lift x

Being close to the old town square was amazing.

Perfectly located in the heart of Old Town, steps away from Old Town Square. Friendly staff, especially Ella, she was very accommodating during my check-in process. The room itself was basic and no frills - all was given was hand soap and combo shampoo & body wash.

Beautiful building. Welcoming staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Clean room with a comfy bed and an excellent bathroom including a large bath tub. Nicely situated for exploring the city.

This is a very good cheap option for staying in Prague. If you're there for the city centre, there is a door to door tram service which takes about 20 minutes to the centre. If you are there for the Congress Centre, it's ten minutes' walk away. The hotel was clean, my room was very spacious and fresh, and the staff were helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering, and the only downside is that the bar/restaurant which shares the site and is supposed to function as the breakfast and dining option, keeps erratic opening hours. It is great when it is open, but do not rely on it being open at the advertised hours. There is a fridge in the rooms and a Lidl five minutes away, so nobody needs to starve.

The room was clean, more than enough amenities and clean towels were big enough. All the staff were nice and friendly.

The staff were fantastic, the room had everything necessary, it was very close to a metro stop and the bathroom even had heated floors!
