Nice, comfortable and clean suite (#101). Some things need attention like the towel heater and hot/cooking plate which have wires which are shorting out, therefore they don't work.

My family loved the hotel's serene environment. Rooms and lobby were spotless, the staff highly professional and friendly. My teenage children with very different tastes loved the hotel's breakfast. Thank you!

It is a beautiful hotel with nice amenities, close to all tourist attractions, and with excellent staff.

The hotel is older, if mid century modern is your thing you're gonna love this place, but probably the best view in the city. I recommend upgrading to the executive level as champagne is served all day. Spa services are a little shaky, but you pay for what you get. I opted to go over to sauna world instead well worth the money and more enjoyable.

I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day.

Central location, reception area smelt wonderful and room was ready upon our arrival which was an added bonus. All the staff at the hotel were lovely and the little added touches like a drinks token and free Czech fudge, made it extra special. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague.
