East Midlands Ski Vacations

The room was lovely very big and a great shower

The room was clean, the staff were friendly

Very interesting, well maintained hotel. Helpful staff, great breakfast, fantastic bar.

The hotel was very conveniently situated for our trip to Kew Gardens, being just one stop away on the tube, and it was very handy to have secure onsite parking. We were very grateful to be able to check-in early, and the reception staff were very accommodating when we asked for a quiet room after finding out there was a function on at the hotel that night. I slept well and didn’t hear a thing! Our room was clean and tidy, but a little tired. Unfortunately there was very heavy rain during our stay which we assume was the cause of a small ingress of water into our bathroom. However, it wasn’t a major issue and the reception staff promised to take care of it when we reported it in the morning at check-out. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty; I was impressed that there was gluten free bread readily available with its own toaster at a separate station.

Great place fir a 2 night stay, food was lovely and friendly staff

Having stayed in many hotels in the past this is the worst experience I have had. The reception staff were most unhelpful in fact very rude, made to feel as if we were inconveniencing him
