8.8/10 Excellent! (152 reviews)
I found black hairs through out my room, we reserved the wellness space to wrap up our trip, I spoke with 3 different people to ensure the space would be ready for us, it was not - I was brought down in the pitch black & the sauna was not on - I understand there can be issues, but the issue should have been known before trying to use the space - also, the bath tub is way too high, I slipped trying to get out which left a bruise

9.4/10 Exceptional! (609 reviews)
Lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood.
Breakfast was great
Only real “gripe” is that the in room coffee is still instant & room service is inconsistent with replenishing it.

The hotel was very dark and poorly lit, both in public areas and in the room. The room was tiny and the bathroom was not private. We were there for three days and never saw the concierge. We really wanted restaurant recommendations. There were not enough staff at check in and bell hop. It could be a nice hotel but it seems to be poorly managed and understaffed.
