The hotel is in a great location with ready access to Chelsea, Flatiron, and Koreatown. Short walk to Penn station and MSG! Very clean and well appointed and a very pleasant staff. We enjoyed our long weekend here!

The best things about this hotel are the location and the staff. The staff across the hotel is incredibly kind and welcoming - kudos to them for making your guests comfortable. The midtown location is perfect for getting to major landmarks and theaters and still is quiet in the evenings.
The hotel itself missed the mark for a couple big reasons: it was really disappointing that the restaurant/bar were closed without prior notice to the guests and the rooms were a total miss - the concrete/metal decor made it feel more like a jail cell than a comfortable room. The shower also ran throughout the night for no reason which was annoying to hear.
