Super spot close to playa de palma beach. staff wonderful. Only disappointment was when there was no food available at the hotel (between 3-6:15). food from outside can not be eaten in public areas. Completely understand when the hotel has its own menu available but seems an unfair rule if not.

Rooms were sparkling clean, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast lunch and dinner) was outstanding delicious food. Staff were fabulous and very helpful when needed. Located close to a car rental spot, so it was nice to explore the island. Highly recommend this spot!

i would not stay here again. its in a very loud and busy area . the place is definitely not a 5 star hotel . first night the AC didnt work and i was put on thr second floor which is right by the noisy street . staff were not helpful the first night and finally changed my room the second night . it was just one floor above and not much improvement
