The bed was dirty upon arrival: red stain on the sheet like that of bedbugs; dirty mattress cover with stains and stray hairs.
While the housekeeping staff was attentive the following day, the absence of any on-site staff or in-person assistance with the unsanitary room makes obvious the fact that Bob’s customers and staff are less important than cost-cutting shortcuts.
Overrated and overpriced.

Excellent in every way. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. I would highly recommend Hotel Haven for any length of stay. Just steps away from the Market and also excellent restaurants. A true A+++
