Our key card had to be fixed 4 times during a 3 day stay. It was a bit ridiculous having your hands full and luggage or food or shopping etc and have to get out walk to the desk stand in line and wait for them to ask you if you held it next to your phone to which you would reply no then they would redo it again for the 4th time. Bar was fine. View from the bar was great. Good location. Staff was nice.

The view overlooking Oslo is breathtaking.
The hotel rooms are NOT made for couples. The rooms are ridiculously small.
The toilets were so uncomfortable because the sink was literally in your lap.
Lifting suitcases up and down three flights of stairs was not fun, since there isn’t an elevator on the property.
