Location, location, location. This hotel was very close to many tourist activities.
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful to us.
A small item was there wasn’t a light we could use during the night. The bathroom light and fan was on continuously if the light was.
A very minor item and not a deal breaker.
We would stay here again.

Everything was great except for the temperature. I couldn't cool the room down enough at night. I was in an inside room so I could not open a window. I dont understand why some European country put a comforter with a duvet cover on the bed and no top sheet.
It would be different if the room was really cool.

Decent place, centrally located, cozy place size wise, shower head needs replacing as it sprayed water everywhere from the hose. Could supply a few more coffee pods rather than the 1 per night stayed.
Staff checked in daily and offered to clean daily, I wasn’t there much so it wasn’t required. Very safe area, near easily used metro and bus system

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help you. The free breakfast food was delicious. I don’t think I have ever been more pleased with a hotel and I have stayed in many. I cannot recommend it enough. Just a fantastic stay! Also the absolute perfect location.
