The staff were helpful, and I sincerely thank them for that. Issue is noise from the nightclub. I moved from 3rd floor to 5th floor and was still woken up around 1pm and could not get to sleep each evening. You really need to avoid this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing stay — made extra special by the wonderful team! Just got back from our stay at Sheraton The Grand, Dubai and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish it was absolutely amazing — the hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic, and everything was exactly what we needed for the perfect holiday. But what really made our time here stand out was the staff — they were so friendly, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and care really did make this holiday feel so special. A huge, special thank you to Asiya in particular — she was always there for us, helped us out so much with everything we needed, and her kindness and attention made such a difference to our trip. We really appreciate everything she did for us! If you’re thinking of staying here — do it. Beautiful hotel, brilliant location, and a team that truly cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back❤️
