United Arab Emirates Ski Vacations

This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop. The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable . However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

We stayed at the Sheraton the walk for 4 nights and they gave us an upgraded room which was superb, all the staff were caring and profesional , from the friendly cleaners to the front desk team. Thank you for a wonderful time at your Hotel! 100% would recommend ! Location is amazing, walking distance to Marina Mall, beach , bars and restaurants!

Everything was just ok. Hotel is rather dated and feels like the place needs a bit of revamp. But decent value for money. But dont expect luxury.

Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful staff. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Dubai. Everything was wonderful from the minute I arrived when I was given coffee and dates and all the help I received. Incredible experience.

Clean rooms (a little small), amazing breakfast with endless choice, friendly and helpful staff, perfectly located
