Hotel was fully booked at the time of stay. We paid a premium to stay one night but were put in a room above the spa and sauna which was very noisy up until 10pm. The blinds were broken. Breakfast was not great.

Great hotel and location - right in the middle of the city. Excellent roof top bar and great breakfast. Stylish rooms and loved the bed - one of the most comfortable I have had. Would stay again.

The staff were kind, even though our English was limited, and the room was clean and beautifully maintained. If I have the chance to visit Melbourne again, I’ll definitely book this hotel. Thank you so much for warm and friendly service.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed that felt clean and fantastic shower pressure.
Staff were super helpful and they encourage eco friendly behaviour.

The view from our room was fantastic
One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats.
We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty.
The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Dust everywhere
Needs more bin liners for all bins.
