The staff were amazing. My company booked the hotel but didn’t account for the time change, but the front desk worked it all out and got us into our room with no problems. The outdoor pool is nice they have two which gives you options and access the beach below.

Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way down on island. So I give them credit for what they are doing. Room was comfortable but couldn't see out of the window over the big tub. Its a great hotel and location but needs a lot of work.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Great pool and beach area. Reasonably priced. They are remodeling, so there are a few issues that always come with that. Definitely , one of the better hotels in Guam.

Clean rooms, staff were engaging and helpful, breakfast buffet was great, and my overall experience was very good. I’d go back again.

Check in process was a little slow as check in was at 3pm & my room wasn’t ready until almost 5pm. I stayed in the infinity tower. (The side that looks more dated.) There was a musky type of feel in the room as the AC was leaking. There were several small roaches in my room. Overall , staff was nice & lobby was clean! But I do believe the more dated tower should be renovated so the price could match the quality . I probably wouldn’t stay there again but it’s there if you’re just trying to find somewhere to lay your head .

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate you. I did not have the opportunity to use their pool, but it looked beautiful.

Outstanding breakfast buffet and also the evening food and drinks on the club floor was excellent. The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The bathroom room layout was a little unique, but efficient, although I wouldn’t recommend that type of room if you are staying with more than two persons and you expect a little privacy. Overall a well satisfied stay.

The staff were really good. The room has 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious. It's adequately clean. Wish the beddings were better. There were few black ants, but I guess that goes with an older building. My one complaint is that the balconies were not really clean. The table and chairs were really dirty. Maybe housekeeping forgot to clean them but it seems like they were dirty for a while. Otherwise, it's really good and it's great for a group; 3 couples or 6 people.
