The hotel is going through a refurbishment. Once finished, no doubt this would be a proper 4 star (or more) again. Now, it was clean enough and staff is very friendly. We spent most of our time exploring the island by rental car.

Good price but no beach sands in the hotel. Also, far from midtown so transportation should be required. Shuttle to airport and midtown(Tumon beach area) are recommended.

The bed was accurate, room was huge, elevators were imoressively fast, place felt deaerted, escalator out of commission, restaurants and gym have stupid hours.

no airport to the property. Only drop off shuttle from property to airport is available.

Room did not appear to have gone through a complete refresh, a worn wash cloth was on the bed in an odd location, the bathroom ammenities did not appear to have been replaced a tooth brush had already been opened. Ice and water machines on many floors were not working I was on the 6th floor and ice and water only working on 3, 8 or 9. but with the discount I got through Expedia it was still a good value.
