The staff were very friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. I saw people cleaning the lobby and elevator area every day. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing, we were staying with our dog and were upgraded to a room with a balcony and received dog friendly amenities like a pet bowl and dog bed. We also received a complimentry welcome gift for our anniversary. Room and bathroom were clean with all required necessities for your stay, and you have a TV that can easily chromecast and allow seamless checkout. I would have provided 5 stars if not for the encounter we had prior to us leaving the hotel. We decided to step out to the well nearby before leaving to get food and on the way back to the hotel since it was hot our dog was panting. My husband decided to ask front concierge if we could get a waterbottle before heading to our car, and the girl working the front gave a puzzled look almost with some attitude and goes "water bottles? no we absolutely dont sell water bottles, do you want me to direct you to a dollarama?" This rubbed me the wrong way as normally - concierge should politely be able to check for you surely for water. Not sure if she thought we weren't staying there and just randomly walked in for a water bottle. Thankfully, the male concierge working with her was able to say "let me check for you in the kitchen" and came out with a water bottle for us. Apart from this incident, the staff were very kind to us during our stay.

The hotel was very clean. Great ambience . The location was perfect for sightseeing. And walking . The staff were very friendly and they made us feel at home. The one thing it didn’t have was a microwave . Don’t carry leftovers from all the amazing food you will eat in Toronto. Good thing with the location is there were many restaurants all nearby. So we didn’t mind going out again to eat . Also hotel has a restaurant.

This is a very classy property. The staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. Clean and lots of space. Great staff. Please consider adding small refrigerators to your rooms. Will be back!

We stayed in the King + Sofa Bed suite at the Residence Inn for 3 nights. Overall our stay was great and the hotel location was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were 5 stars, very helpful and always in good spirits. Breakfast was included and a great selection of food, including coffee options such as cold brew. The room itself has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc., so you could prepare your own food if needed. The mattress on the sofa bed in our room was not comfortable and really not useable. The staff were quick to remedy this and brought us a cot that was much more comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be going through upgrades. Our room was a bit dated and the sofa bed really needs to be upgraded. I would also suggest offering a two queen option. The kitchen is a nice to have but largely not needed for short stays in TO.
