Very nice & friendly staff. Hotel was good for the price, and location.

The staff at the Shining Central Hotel & Spa are all extremely kind. They are very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well looked after. We used the spa service as well which was great. They make it feel like a home away from home!

What really makes this property shine is the staff - always ready to go the distance to help. Breakfast is another standout, with an abundance of fresh tasty food and wonderful variety every day. The rooftop bar is very nice, a peaceful getaway with a great view. Rooms are comfortable, especially the beds, though there is almost no storage besides a closet rod which makes it awkward to unpack for a longer stay. The hotel is adjacent to a government loudspeaker so be prepared for morning announcements right outside your window, which is very loud on lower floors. Overall a great place to stay with a convenient location. Bonus points for great coffee on the corner and killer bun cha across the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Quiet room. Staff were very attentive and super accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Massage at the O’Spa was the best I’d had in Vietnam. Jolene at the booking counter was so amazing. She lined up a tour that was great and helped us find a private car to our next destination. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great support and room were clean breakfast was really good with a lot of selection. Choose inside rooms as the outside were smoking from shrine burning next store almost daily
