Very convenient location, close to tube station. Good services and the appliances.

Ashburn Court was a fabulous stay. We love the area and know it well - the apartment is located brilliantly for the tube, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment we stayed in was huge and was well equipped. The heating took a while to get used to but otherwise we would not hesitate to stay there again. The front desk were absolutely superb and went above and beyond to help us. They were polite, friendly and informative - excellent and a credit to the company. A fabulous stay for us.

Staff especially restaurant were wonderful front end staff were very good and accommodating to our requests.

Truly a gem in Knightsbridge!! The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant amazing and the staff very caring. This was my second time, and I will be back :)

Room is just perfect. Breakfast has not enough cheese selection and cured meat selection and no vegetables at all. The reception is somewhat messy with no appropriate reception desk.

The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

The location was amazing, clean room, but staff could be friendlier

I was disappointed being a returning customer for the last 5 years, where I complaint about the noise at 530 am in the morning. And nothing was done about it. Nor did the morning manager call me to discuss about it. Not until I made a lot of noise, did the PM manager attend to it.
