I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, there was only one water dispenser available, and the hotel lacked a variety of public activities to keep guests entertained.

Great location room and staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Concierge helped us find great tours.

Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone.

Good location, very friendly staff, big room. Need to request daily room cleaning, bedding is not very comfortable.
