Exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Beautiful artwork decor. One of the waitress at the restaurant made an effort to get to know us. She knew my family coffee order during breakfast and made sure we had our coffee the way we wanted it (lactose free milk) not many places in Cambodia have lactose free milk.
Front desk staff helped me when I had an issue with the ABA ATM machine across the street.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Service was excellent, other than the checkin staff was little too pushy trying to sell lounge access. Had an excellent meal at Hachi, which is a little over priced. The dim sum buffet at Fu Lu Zhu is definitely worth trying and worth the money.

The rooftop was great , on close inspection a little tired but fabulous for looking out over Phnom Penh and lounging by the pool . The bar and restaurant was also on the roof . Always good view plus the breeze up there was refreshing .
Very handy to the river side and national museum , plenty of food options around .
