Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay.

La habitación siempre se mantuvo impecable. La reposición de toallas y consumibles excelente. El staff muy atento. Lo que menos me gustó fue la demora en el checking, ya que fue muy lento. Entiendo había días feriados, por eso el exceso de personas, pero pudieron ser más ágiles habilitando más personas para el proceso de registro.

What an amazing stay at Pan Pacific. Staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly. The staff at the club lounge go above and beyond to make you feel looked after and and always with a smile and a chat. It truly is a holiday to remember, and we will most definitely be back. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, and the staff absolutely make this a 5* experience

This is the best hotel you can stay at in KL. There is so much to do just in the hotel. A child friendly place with many children activities. The breakfast buffet is amazing there is so much to choose from. The food is fresh and real food is offered. The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping , the room attendants didn’t clean the rooms properly. The laundry service is also very expensive. I paid 426 MYR for abit of laundry. I used the laundry 24 hour service across the road from the hotel and it was only 60 MYR

Clean room, good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Shuttle available to transport to Sentosa getaway. Bathrooms are a bit compact for a deluxe category room.
