Great hotel! Classic French Quarter masterpiece near everything but not dead smack in the middle of the craziness. I want to throw a special shout out to our bartender who was amazing. Nice young guy who’s been on the staff for a while. Justin I believe. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. Super attentive and great to talk to. Hope to be there again soon.

We were definitely treated differently checking in because we used a third party. Our last stay at your hotel 3 months ago was booked through your hotel. This check in process was not the same. I asked if I could please get a king suite instead of the queen suite, and just as I thought, it was an issue because I didn’t book through the hotel. I can’t understand why people are treated differently all because we didn’t book through the hotel It should be a compliment that we wanted to stay at your hotel so bad that we had to book another way so it was more affordable so we could stay there.The first night of our stay we had dinner at the restaurant by the pool. The food was greasy but aside from that, I asked for a Diet Coke it tasted bad,so I asked for an Arnold Palmer and for some reason whoever made it didn’t know what they were doing so I decided to go with a bottle of Fuji.The Diet Coke and the Arnold Palmer didn’t have any ice. I asked the server she said they were running low on ice. After dessert the server asked if we wanted anything else I said no just the check,she told me the total then asked how I would I be paying like rushing me. I asked, can’t I have a printed receipt to look over, she didn’t seem happy about that. And when I received my check I knew why. She didn’t seem to mention the 20% tip already added to my total. She could have easily said “your total with gratuity is” After that I watched her do the same thing to her other tables. Not Good! So Shady.

Room was amazing. Pool area was beautiful.
