One night stay. Was nice room comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom. They held our luggage after we checked out so we could enjoy the St Patricks Day parade. Great trip

Very loud location walls do not block out noise. Can not control air conditioning for the room its preset.

We ended up staying only one night but the place was very nice. The room was spacious by NYC standards. It’ll be on the shortlist of places for our next trip to the city.

Room was clean, hallways and common areas well maintained. We didn’t have breakfast this stay.

A very mediocre experience. The room was large and had a kitchen. It seemed fairly clean but not quite as clean as one would like. No soap to wash dishes. There were loud noises late at night in the hallway as well as various street noises all night long. The staff was friendly and did their best to be accommodating. I asked to change rooms, but they couldn’t.

The hotel is located very conveniently to plenty of things. It is clean and well run. Had some issues with the shower turning on and draining, but otherwise the room was satisfactory too!

The location of this hotel is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. That being said, the first room we stayed in was pretty good except there was a sliding door for the bathroom - be careful not to slam your hand ten times - it’s heavy. No bathroom fan. Both the beds squeaked. The website says “great beds” - not true in this room. We were on the avenue side and that is VERY LOUD. The fitness room at 7:30 am was a mess! The cup holder on the treadmill had hair and junk in it. It hadn’t been washed in a while…days? There were weights all over the floor and no towels. Not one towel. All of the disinfectant wipes were gone. I called housekeeping and a man came in and proceeded to fold the towels at the counter while I was working out, by myself. Briefly. I thought he would leave. He didn’t. So I left. It was uncomfortable to say the least. There was one person at the desk that was unprofessional, but the other staff was well trained. They moved us to an inner room. That was better. Quieter. There was a proper bathroom. Still no fan. A brick wall for a view. I’ve stayed in better places.
