A great hotel with a great view. Highly recommended!

Room Cleaning never showed up, no refills on coffee. Offered free breakfast then charged for it … no valet and no staff after 11 pm with screaming children running through the hallways. Not at mandarin level. Bummer as we were really looking forward to this stay.

Great property. Spacious rooms and a great location. Air conditioning did not work very well but otherwise a great place to stay.

Very nice staff. Great location for visiting town of Lucerne. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The drive up was an experience on its own, the location is indescribably beautiful with panoramic views of the mountains, green valleys and blue lakes below, spotted with little farms and villages. Staff was supremely helpful and kind, treated us like family, offering advice and perspective on surrounding areas and other destinations along our trip. The room was comfortable and beautiful as well. Food was delicious, the pool is a must do experience. They let us charge our EV for free in the garage. The hiking trails around the property were borderline unoccupied and yet very well maintained, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. We were able to easily walk to the nearby Bürgenstock to get lunch and take the catamaran to Lucerne and back. My only regret is that I did not stay longer.
