An excellent stay as always a true highlight of my visits to Kyoto

I had a wonderful time at Kanra. The hotel was very comfortable and tasteful. If I come to Kyoto again. I have no doubt to stay there. We spent four nights and really enjoyed our stay. Location is good too, 1 min walk from Gojo station. What I loved the most was the breakfast buffet. It was amazing.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Hope to stay there again someday!

My family and I were spoiled silly at Anda No Mori! I’d rate 101% for the amenities provided - from sleepwear to choice of toiletries every single day the hotel covers super well. And ladies you would totally love the DHC facial sachets from make up removal to facial wash and moisturizer. The room came with a jet tub 😱. The only thing that I’d suggest they do better are the food options at breakfast but as compared what this hotel can provide in terms of comfort and entertainment - I’d highly recommend to anyone especially families with young children P.s. they have free alcohol as well everyday 😄 This hotel definitely raised the benchmark of what I’d classify as home away from home :) thank you again!

Amazing location with excellent room and amenities.

There is no possible way this should be a 4 star hotel…everything about this place is PERFECT! 10/10. The staff are so friendly and cater to your every need. We were upgraded to a garden view that was magnificent. They allowed us to check in early and check out late without issue. The property is amazing with several gardens and spas. The onsen really made this experience amazing- clean, quiet, relaxing! We also enjoyed massages at their spa. This hotel was so very well located, and even offered luggage transport from the train station as well as a shuttle service every 30 min. We had the BEST sushi recommendation by concierge for our best meal in Japan. Overall would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Kyoto and I wish we stayed for a WEEK! Best hotel experience. Will be back, undoubtedly!

Exceptional service, hospitality and incredible kind hotel staff really enjoyed my stay there and i f i came back to kyoto i will stay there again i booked a premium double bed room room it was spacious and there are 3 maiko shows that the hotel offers for guests complimentary that was one of our highlights of our stay. thank you hyatt regency for making our stay experience exceptional.

Spotless ,very relaxing , memorable

The rooms were a little tired but the rest of the hotel was magnificent. The location is perfect, try and get a room facing the Ferris wheel as night time is very pretty. The foyer is beautiful and always smells so fresh! The convenience store onsite had everything we needed including beautiful sandwiches for the kids and the breakfast oh my goodness! Next level!!!! They had everything you could imagine!!!!

Good location and helpful staff. This hotel is walking distance to Kyoto station and lots of shops around including a Lawson store. The hotel staff helped in keeping our luggage before check in and after check out. Rooms are decent size (as you get them in Japan) and the property is well maintained.

Great hotel. Breakfast was not included and somewhat expensive but overall very nice place.
