ウエスト ロンドンでのロマンチックな旅行

こじんまりした、可愛いホテル。スタッフの方の対応も親切で好印象。 テラス席から眺める庭とテムズ川が綺麗でした。

値段相応。部屋の冷蔵庫と電話が壊れていたが冷蔵庫は交換してくれた。電話は壊れたままなので、必要があればレセプションまで降りないといけない。駅まで近いがホテル周辺は不便。情報の誤りだかホテルにランドリーはない。

Hotel facility was fair and location is excellent. Good service, nice food and staff. The only problem I had was when I went for the breakfast buffet, the lady escorted me to a table in middle of everybody when majority of the other tables were vacant. I asked for a different table at the corner and was able to happily change. But when I came back with my food at the buffet keeping my seat 5 minutes vacant, there was another guest occupying the table. The same lady was the one who escorted the new guest and told me it was my fault because I did not leave anything on the table…….

フロントスタッフは親切に対応してくれました。部屋のベッドも広くて清潔、バスタブもあり、ドライヤーはなかったけれど、電気ポットはありました。 朝食は種類豊富でおいしかったです。

翌日の早朝フライトのために1泊滞在しました。ターミナル5のArrivalエリアから徒歩5分位の空港直結の好立地。向かう途中にM&Sやカフェもあり、軽食のテイクアウトが出来て便利でした。チェックインの際、予約した部屋よりもアップグレードをしていただき、とても嬉しいサプライズがありました。部屋は十分広く清潔でアメニティ類も充実していました。バスタブ付きもリラックスできてありがたかったです。連泊したくなる居心地の良さでした。 フロントスタッフの方が翌日のフライト時間を聞いてくれて、簡単に済むエクスプレスチェックアウトを紹介してくれました。かなりの早朝出発だったので、気遣いが嬉しかったです。とても良い滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

Very good. More than expected
