The room and staff were very good. I did not enjoyed the restaurant and later the cafe on the second level because the music was unbecoming of the fine place. It had too much beat, little melody and it was too loud.

Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

Loved the place, especially the tea and biscuits!

Clean room, minibar in fridge and kettle in room. Chinese restaurant being renovated on the ground floor so drilling starts at 9am every day, we were there Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Sunday and they were there every day. We were on the 1st floor and could hear the breakfast carts from 6.30am as there is no door to separate the bedrooms from the kitchen noise. There are bars on the window on our floor and not a great view

Very convenient location near malastranska - a major public transit hub and walkable distance to lots of major sites. Lovely to be right at the edge of the Charles bridge. Rooms very clean and beds notably comfortable. Breakfasts were very solid with smoked salmon, good cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, yogurt, muesli, and pots to make your own tea. Some of the hot breakfast options a bit less appealing but we were happy Try not to get put on the ground floor in the front - noisy and looking into the windows of the parked cars. We switched to the first floor (2nd floor for Americans) which was much better.

Best place and convenient to the train station

Lovely hotel with extremely helpful and kind staff. Rooms are also lovely and spacious.

Great location next to lots of hotspots! Clean, safe and friendly staff.
