The staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. The room was a good size and a nice mattress to sleep on. Easy to check in&out. Great location for those going to see a concert or game in the stadium/arena.

I asked for ice a staff told me I needed to ask the “bar” downstairs for ice instead.

Loved being so close to everything. Right near Centennial Park and the action.

The hotel is fine. Not many amenities, but it was a good price for downtown. Kind of sketchy area and would not likely stay again. Not enough staff. But all staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom TV did not work, but only stayed overnight so not a big deal. I would pay more at another hotel for better area of downtown (we walked to State Farm arena), more amenities, and some place a little nicer. But overall the stay was fine for one night,

The hotel is very nice. There is a fee for self parking and valet parking so be prepared, but other than that there is nothing to complain about.
