Beautiful property, excellent location. Food was very good and can’t beat the views!!

The property itself is lovely, but it falls well short of the four-star experience one would expect. Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the reception team’s leadership. The management came across as condescending and lacking in basic empathy—a stark contrast to the warm hospitality one hopes for. It’s a real shame, because the hotel has so much potential. The cave bar is stunning, and the sea swimming area is a slice of natural paradise. But a hotel is only as good as its people, and in this case, the reception management seriously lets it down. A sad and frustrating experience overall.

Gorgeous common areas. Staff very nice. Location couldn’t be better. Stunning view of Dubrovnik and quick walk into town.

Clean, comfortable modern hotel with friendly staff. Great amenities, large pool in the spa area and smaller rooftop pool with great views. Hotel restaurant has a good menu, and there are several local restaurants to choose from.

Staff was wonderful, room was very nice and clean although somewhat small. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful beach property, I would appreciate more gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu.
