Furniture was beaten up and mattresses were old. There was a space for a mini bar fridge but nothing was there. The website indicated airplane shuttle but it was not provided

AVOID this hotel! We had five rooms booked for one night. The free airport shuttle runs every half hour but can only take 7 people at a time and was not on time and could not fit all the guests heading to the hotel. One of our rooms had a leaking sink pipe and broken soap pump. Another room had a broken air conditioner and upon bringing it up with reception, they tried to gaslight us and say that the ACs in France can only be set to 18-20 degrees. I had to tell them that another room my family members were staying in had air blowing our of their AC and our wasn't blowing any air, the temperature was not the issue. A tech was sent to reset the AC and he told us to wait 30 minutes and if no air was blowing, to ask reception again. Upon asking reception, they offered to bring up fans. We waited an hour and nobody brought us fans and we had to go down to reception again to ask for fans. There was no apologies on behalf of any staff members throughout the whole situation. To top it off, we asked for the morning airport shuttle for our party of 13 and the front desk insisted that we were booked. We triple checked that they could accommodate all 13 of us since the vehicle only seats 7. The next morning when the shuttle arrived, there was confusion as the shuttle driver said he could only take 4 people since there were already 3 guests in the shuttle. Eventually the second driver said he would drive half our party in the second shuttle. Save your money and do not stay here!

Everything about this hotel was convenient. The room was comfortable, clean with a good AC. The location is OK, there is an Uber for 9 euros to CDG. Just speak to the front desk. I highly recommend

I stayed in a single room at the very top as I was only there for one night stopover. It was an excellent and well appointed room - spotless and AC perfect, the bathroom pristine and sound proof I didn’t hear anything at all.

Wonderful location and staff!

Le Burgundy is located near the Seine in the 1st Arrondissement near the Louvre and Place Vendome. The service is excellent and the hotel is well maintained. The vibe is low-key and it is overall a wonderful small boutique hotel.

This hotel was the perfect place for us to stay with our kids in Paris for the week. T the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was always clean and spacious. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Paris!

Personnel pas du tout agréable. c’est dommage. surtout à la réception. musique trop forte dans le lobbie. on ne s’entends même pas parler. Pour un novotel, le service est castastrophique.

Small room but good location.

The staff were lovely and considerate; the room was clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the tree lined street. The room stayed cool during some really hot days. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel: lovely decor, attentive staff, quiet room, great location. We like to stay in the 16th away from tourists yet a short walk to Arc de Triumph, Trocadero, etc

Love this place and will go back again. The cleanliness is impeccable. Only problem is that you need to be prepared to hear your neighbours' voice. The room is very nice and location is great.
