The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel, beautiful room and all the staff are a credit to the hotel. The service provided by the hotel is second to none and if you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointed.

The view was great but anything else was subpar. The room was small. The bathroom was very small and the shower had mold in several places. The hotel is at the old town and the taxi cannot reach it so be prepared to walk with your suitcases. At night it was very loud until 3am with music from the surrounding bars. The staff was polite and helpful.

Very welcoming and hospitable semi check-in process. We were provided with a welcome drink and front desk lady (Christina) provided us with a map of Santorini with key places to see and visit, as well as where to not waste our time seeing. Provided restaurant recommendations and stored our bags until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, a different front desk lady (Maria) provided us with info on pool restaurant and upper restaurant lounge but did NOT tell us about the included breakfast and where that was located. We missed breakfast the next morning and it wasn't until I checked our reservations that I recalled the hotel had free breakfast and we had to ask Christina our 2nd morning about it and we were supposed to get a free bottle of sparkling wine with each of our rooms which was never given. Besides those 2 mishaps, the hotel is in a good location and the pool area is nice. Don't miss out on the included breakfast as it's a decent spread.

Reception was very warm and welcoming. Went above and beyond in ensuring we were well taken care of. Breakfast options are restrictive and can have more variety. Great experience overall and strongly recommend for families.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at North Santorini for our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The views and the food were amazing. We will definitely come back.
