This hotel has a really cool weekend vibe and was a great place to arrive for our stay on a Saturday. Thank you to Starr for a great check-in and Casey in Juniper bar for looking after us. Roof bar in the West Tower has great LA views. Loved the sunken garden for nightime energy and morning coffee. Excellent service, food and drinks. Room was nice overlooking the Hills. Great location to watch downtown LA sunrises, and for walking to Beverly Hills. Would not want to be any nearer to Hollywood as it is all pretty run down. And for balance, shower water pressure could be better and ran cold for 5 minutes before hot arrived. And 5* should provide complimentary water in the room - not everything should be designed to extract your dollars. Overall a very positive experience.

Lovely hotel, great hospitality and very cosy rooms.

I had issues with housekeeping not cleaning the room when we were staying there for four nights and I had to request for the room to be cleaned. Inconsistent service Valet charges are ridiculously high at $75 pee night!

From the very moment I checked into my room I had such a good experience with the staff as well as the property itself. Upon entry into my room, it was very clean and smelled very good. The best thing about this room was the hotel bed. The Hilton is always very good at making sure guests are comfortable. After a long day at Disneyland it is very nice to come back to a bed that you can just sink into. I highly recommend this property for your next Disneyland stay.

Was told we would have access to bar even though there was a party scheduled for the bar/restaurant. We were told we could not enter bar until 8:00pm. We tried again at approx, 10pm, and got in. 25% was not deducted from the z

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We would stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Great location and great place to stay. Loved the fun retro theme. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast.
