The room was not clean. There was no shower curtain, and I was unable to obtain one after asking five times. The shower was also not equipped with cold water. The king bed was the worst I have ever had. The mattress was shaped like a “W” and I had to stay in the centre to avoid falling into a hole. The valet was indifferent to returning the key or assisting the guests. I believe I would have had a more enjoyable experience at the Holiday Inn two blocks south.

A few bumps in the road but the staff, specifically housekeeping made up for it with their willingness to assist. Just a few suggesting's...Staff should Knock, announce and/or call before trying to enter a room (unless there is an emergency). If a guest is willing to upgrade based on an upsell, their room should be made first priority for cleaning and check in.
Beautiful property, great location. I would definitely recommend others to visit.
