The staff were welcoming , breakfast is good , clean room but in the middle of the night when o went to use the toilet, there's a bug crawling on the floor I just have to kill it ,

The A/C was not very cold and the temperature say around 77 degrees

Very clean.. Gabby at the front desk was very helpful and friendly..she is a real asset to the hotel. Close to public transportation of the trams but the hotel is on the outskirts of downtown Zurich.

Okay . The room need at least a cupboard

Clean room, great staff, a little pricey but it was worth it

An average stay; hotel could do with some regular maintenance. Beds were very comfortable and rooms large and spacious. Fridge in room not working and staff kindly moved me to another room. Fridge in the second room was on but not cooling. I would recommend either taking out the fridges in the rooms or replacing them with properly working fridges. Bath and sink were clogged; staff were very responsive when I reported it and got it sorted. Also noticed ceiling in bathroom had a bit of black (perhaps mould?) spots which could easily be fixed with 1 or 2 coats of paint. Overall an ok stay (comfortable beds, spacious rooms and helpful staff) but hotel management really needs to pay attention to regular maintenance.

Would have been nice to get a heads up about the noisy construction happening on the whole street- taxi could not get to the hotel! Breakfast was good. Asked twice to have a simple lightbulb replaced- never happened. Location close to restaurants and excursion pickup point which was handy.
