Savoy Hotel in Boracay has the most wonderful, attentive guests. They spend no time in making sure you are settled in and ensuring your activities and questions go without a hitch. I have interacted with the staff and I enjoyed talking to each one on my time there (I spoke to Lance ant the lobby and Andrea at breakfast. Great people!). Breakfast is great and pool is nice as well. I will say that the water takes a while going through the pipes in the bathroom, but honestly. I overlooked that because the atmosphere of the staff and how quickly they handle issues is top notch and I did not find it that way when I was in Manila at another hotel (I also visited the crimson in Boracay and they were not as attentive as Savoy!). They genuinely care and I will definitely come back they were awesome!

We had a great stay. Some hiccups along the way but otherwise great. They fixed any problems that comes right away and with a smile. Shout out to Ms. Chinky in Housekeeping, she’s very attentive to our requests, and made sure we are happy and comfortable. All the other staff from front desk to housekeeping and restaurants are giving their best. Shoutout to Rene @ the breakfast buffet, love his positivity and attentiveness. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Love the bright colors every where, feels really like fun.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

Staff was excellent, especially Mich and Abigail who welcomed us on that first day. I think the primarily worked at the Saffron cafe. Breakfast was awesome. I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Will definitely come back

Best side of Boracay as much quieter, nicer views, rooms where fine, very basic, but never spend to much time in the room, staff on the ball, overall no real complaints.

There was no window in the room, but it was okay for a 1-day stay for us. Breakfast was good and the ocean view from the lobby was great.
