The hotel was easy walking distance to sights as well as trams

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of old town. It is in front of the famous clock and it can be extremely crowded at times. The rooms are traditionally furnished. I enjoyed my stay!

Great location, breakfast buffet was varied & plentiful, clean rooms, superb staff. Hotel also accommodates large groups (Viking cruises) so at times may be a wait for one of the two elevators. Would definately stay here again!

Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, and amazing staff that went out of their way to take care of our every need. We enjoyed our very own decorated full size Christmas tree, cookies, wine, and fruit plus a lovely bottle of prosecco on Christmas morning. The breakfast was delicious every day and was included in the price. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel meant transport links were easy with a large shopping centre nearby. The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day with the air conditioning adjustable to the right temperature. I was very satisfied with our stay and overall visit to Prague.

Delighted with our choice to stay at Hotel Neruda for a NYE adventure in Prague. The staff were excellent; super helpful and friendly. The service brilliant - the buffet breakfast fantastic, healthy and filling. The room was unique in a great way; powerful shower and quiet which was a bonus. Great location; everything is walkable. Highly recommend!

Comfortable room and excellent location. Bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed a nice deep, hot bath after walking about in the cold.

Cleaning ladies were absolutely perfect. Swift, accurate,always available. Reception clerks were ok. Location is perfect. Gorgeous historical interior.

The location is excellent. The service was really good as well. The bathroom was really big and they have a breakfast but 20 euro seemed steep. Plenty of shopping all around! I would stay here again.
