Second time here : great rooms, food and helpful staff !

Wow wow wow! Absolutely delightful experience. We never stay anywhere else. This was our 5th stay and we are going back. The staff are incredible. Tony at the front desk is amazing. This hotel is something else. We went to so many wonderful restaurants around it and enjoyed every one of them. The breakfast in the hotel is amazing with the most beautiful view you can imagine. Everything here is top notch.

Room was clean, staff were nice. Pool was heated so even though it was end of Nov/Dec it was still ok to swim. Rooftop bar would have been nice. Coffee machine in the room but very difficult to use without burning yourself as it has been pushed into a tiny space along with the kettle, sharing 1 plug. Coffee isn't replenished. I did ask at reception however got sent to the bar who said they didnt have any. For the price per night, and the fact it is 4*, i would expect tea and coffee to be replenished daily. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that one. The minibar had drinks inside but no pricelist. I had to ask at the bar on the last night despite already asking. At this point we were told it was all free and included in the room fee! The back entrance is attached to the train station, including shops which is very useful. It is about 20 min walk from the centre. All in all, i would stay again (for the right price!)
