Willamette Valley Pet-friendly Vacations

Great location if you need to go to providence stadium. Pics on site are pretty accurate. It’s an old hotel but not overly priced. Would stay again.

We loved everything, from the prime location to the friendly 24 hour desk staff (Fletcher) to the comfiest bedding and pillows, quiet room, spacious layout and huge bathroom. Seriously, we were so pleased, wouldn’t change a thing.

Photos look much better than in real life, the actual hotel is not very up to date, upon entrance to the actual room there was a distinctly unpleasant smell in the room, not fresh at all. Some other aspects were a complete turn off as well, which will not be mentioned here, but I wish I knew before hand.

The Kimpton RiverPlace was very pleasant, with generous offerings in the lobby from Italian ices to mushroom tarts. My colleague and I were drawn into the half-completed puzzle on a large table and happily passed an hour while we waited for our room to be ready. The room with two beds was pretty cramped, and the shower was confusing to operate, but everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel! Our room had a great view and was very clean and comfortable.
