Very comfortable large room. Easy and included parking. Bus stop in front of the hotel to go visit okd town.

Mostly everything needed to live, some things that were missing was stuff like a kitchen towel, cupboard for storing food. Sofa looks good but wasnt that comfortable. There were a few smaller faults, like some electrical socets not being attached properly and some knifes were missing. But after contacting the hotel, they came by and had a look and fixed what they could and also gave me a complementary bottle of cava. All in all, nice place in a nice area that makes it feel like you're almost a local.

Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. Room was spacious and moderately clean with kitchenette facilities. Seemed as if the hotel's primary function was was as living quarters.

Fully renovated but with the charm and warmth of all Dutch houses, this Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Den Haag. The location is perfect, right at the center of all main tourist spots, on a lively but cozy street. Walking distance from the train station. Good value breakfast. Check in and check out can be done online, or though the AI assistant or with their welcoming staff. Elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage through Dutch stairs. A real bathroom, not like modern hotels. We stayed for 7 days during our honeymoon, as we chose Den Haag as our base ground while exploring Holland. Every day, after many trains and sightseeing, it was like coming back home.

The staff was very attentive and cordial. The rooms are lovely, clean, with an incredible location. If you eat at the bar/restaurant…the pasta and hamburger are delicious. And the focaccia… leaves your mouth watering. You have to order it with the tomato-feta dish. The gym was on the smaller side , but we usually had it for ourselves. It has a handful of cardio machines and upstairs, a good selection of weights with a bench and bands. There was also a TV with workouts you could choose from. Good ambiance! We also rented the bikes. So fun!!!!! It will definitely be my place of choice to stay again!

This was hands down the nicest hotel I have ever stayed out.

Clean room,Kind and helpful staff..

Very clean, very well kept. Lovely staff. Nice little touch to put the suitcases in our room after we left them until check in time. Room was cosy with high ceilings and a lovely balcony door. Good tv and channel selection. Fantastic location for us. 6 min walk from the bus to take you to and from the airport. (Bus 397).

Wicked hotel. Close to everything, staff lovely and clean rooms. Can’t ask for more than that!
