Awesome hotel ! Great views , staff and accommodation. The view was amazing, balcony was one of a kind, breakfast great and the lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Okay . The room need at least a cupboard

Clean room but we were charged for a breakfast that was not available. I have asked this to be refunded on Sepember 12th, but it is still outstanding. Be careful with this host.

Very clean.. Gabby at the front desk was very helpful and friendly..she is a real asset to the hotel. Close to public transportation of the trams but the hotel is on the outskirts of downtown Zurich.

Great place to in Zurich and very close to Main Street to restaurants and shops walking distance

The A/C was not very cold and the temperature say around 77 degrees

An average stay; hotel could do with some regular maintenance. Beds were very comfortable and rooms large and spacious. Fridge in room not working and staff kindly moved me to another room. Fridge in the second room was on but not cooling. I would recommend either taking out the fridges in the rooms or replacing them with properly working fridges. Bath and sink were clogged; staff were very responsive when I reported it and got it sorted. Also noticed ceiling in bathroom had a bit of black (perhaps mould?) spots which could easily be fixed with 1 or 2 coats of paint. Overall an ok stay (comfortable beds, spacious rooms and helpful staff) but hotel management really needs to pay attention to regular maintenance.

This was a nice place. But it wasn’t worth the exorbitant amount per night. The room didn’t even have central AC. They provided two fans for the room. This was a boutique hotel that didn’t live out to the cost. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was OK. Be advised that it’s a vegan breakfast, so you won’t have any meats provided. There was construction in front of the building and on the entire street. The hotel is strategically located it a perfect location and walkable to the bus station, train station, and all the local attractions.
