Costa Verde Pet-friendly Vacations

The hotel is just OKAY! Staff were helpful and attentive but the property could use a ton of TLC… the room felt used and abused. The rooftop has a nice view but don’t dine in the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. We stayed hungry and had to order room service.

First off, Ruben and Nancy were the absolute highlight. They made our honeymoon feel so welcoming. Both did everything to accommodate any request we had. I looked forward to seeing them both throughout the day. If I could give them both a 100/10 I would. Also Klayton at the pool bar was so great and helpful for a relaxing early afternoon. The Palacio is beautiful, perfect location, immaculately up-kept and clean. The food is also fantastic. We had spent the first 3 days of our trip running around and needed a respite and this was the place to do it. Easy into Bilbao but don’t sleep on the surrounding area, which is lovely. You will never regret booking a perfectly priced stay. From check in to check out it felt like our home away from home. Can’t wait to come back for another special trip!

Hotel was well located for us to visit the shore and old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was always kept clean and supplies stocked.
