Just an overnight stay for a wedding, but rooms were clean and also ready early. Would stay again.

Staff were absolutely amazing 10/10, hotel facilities amazing 24/7 pool was the reason i booked 10/10, food was a 4/10 atria is overrated, only took a couple bites of each item ordered from the menu, food was the only downside! 9/10

Great hotel and location - right in the middle of the city. Excellent roof top bar and great breakfast. Stylish rooms and loved the bed - one of the most comfortable I have had. Would stay again.

Never do life without the support of an excellent hotel... And look no further than the likes of the Park Hyatt for such support.

After reading a lot of reviews I decided to stay here for a one-night staycation with my 5 year old daughter. Overall i would say it was okay. Things worth noting that weren't great: The pool area was cold and unclean. I literally had to find a member of staff and tell them that the steam room was disgusting. The pool itself was great and looked stunningly blue. There were no robes in the room. The breakfast was not great and the set-up didn't help. The toast station, water and condiments was in one corner and there was literally a huddle and queue to access. Teaspoons and glasses were empty and barista coffee isn't included in the buffet price. Things that were good: Friendly staff, lovely room, comfy bed, price.

The view from our room was fantastic One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats. We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty. The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Dust everywhere Needs more bin liners for all bins. Apart from that it was great. Thank u

Great location. Modern room. Room cleaning under par as no body came one day. When they did, I had done it myself. Nor were the cups washed or tea restocked. The bathroom needs a decent extractor fan. Couldn't see the mirror, so steamed up.
