Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges Pet-friendly Vacations

Check in was a bit shambolic after a long flight. It was eventually resolved to our satisfaction. Breakfast started badly with ice cold plates and our order of poached eggs was somehow misconstrued and unfulfilled. All other items were of high-quality and standard. We will probably return in the expectation of better service

Possibly our best ever hotel stay in Melbourne CBD. Additional snack bar was a big hit with our kids. Great building, huge rooms. A big winner.

This was an amazing stay, tbh... from the greeting at Valet Parking, through reception, and at the Bar - everyone made us feel like true guests and that they enjoyed working at 1 Hotel. The room was sensational, and the bathroom incredible. Breakfast in room was a real treat... total value for money.

Excellent location, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff friendly. Downside drinks served for room service with no bottle openers, none in the room either. Breakfast in room dining very ordinary. Not able to turn on or off individual reading lights.

Great central location & spacious. Upgraded to 2 bed 2 bath on arrival for extra $ but only one shower at a time as the other would be cold. Heater didn't work & was quite noisy.
